The lenten rose (Latin-Helleborus) is an under-utilized but fabulous perennial that is very hardy and deer resistant in our area. This beauty blooms in late winter, even through the snow and has a long lasting blooming season throughout the summer. Hellebores prefer part sun and have a lush green foliage that make them attractive in the garden each season. A gift every gardener will love!
Enjoy this beauty inside for a couple months in the winter as it blooms and then plant it outside in your favorite garden. It will come back year after year and will start to push it's blooms in the middle of the winter season.
