Ordering online was easy. I selected the designer's choice and you never really know what that is going to look like, but the arrangement was beautiful, delivered on time, and to the right location. Delivery was on time on the day it was supposed to be delivered! The arrangement was beautiful! The gentleman who delivered the flowers couldn't have been nicer!! Great job!!

Although the arrangement pictured is lovely, I changed my mind at the last minute and went with Winter Solstice, which was just gorgeous. The recepient sent a photo of her flowers and it was just as pictured. Kelly was very accomadating to swith my order the day before Christmas and still get it delivered. I have used this florist twice and both times everything was amazing. Their communication with me about what I wanted, sending me pictures before they send it and ensuring a safe delivery by calling my recipient was so appreciated. I live far away from my family and sending this is always uneasy when you don’t know what you’re getting. I now know whenever I need to send flowers to my family in Pennsylvania I will use this florist. Absolutely incredible.

Saturday, the day before Mother's Day. I was desperately trying to find a nice bouquet of roses, my moms favorite. Went to 3 different sites and they either didn't have any left or couldn't deliver the next day. Achin Back was a God sent. They sent a BEAUTIFUL bouquet w/ a vase and she had it early am.. I definitely will be a returning customer ☺️

Kelli -

Kelli is the daughter of owners, Randy and Saranae Kurtz, and manages the garden center. She has been with the family business from the start, following her graduation from the University of Massachusetts. Kelli grew up in a landscaping family and loves the many aspects of the family business, but especially loves the customers. She is a self-taught florist and head designer, who also teaches most of the classes at Achin’ Back. She is married to John Yeager (whose family owns Yeager’s Farm in Phoenixville) where they reside with their three children. Kelli loves working in the garden. She loves flowers, especially Lupines after her amazing honeymoon in New Zealand. Lilacs and Hydrangeas are also some of her favorite shrubs.
